Car Seat Program

JCHD has trained on-site staff to provide car seats to those who qualify. In order to qualify for this program, an individual must be:A smiling woman in a winter jacket adjusts a doll in a car seat inside a vehicle.

  • Primary guardian of the child
  • On some type of government assistance (WIC, Food Stamps, Medicaid)
  • If the child is unborn, the mother must be at least 38 weeks along
  • Only one seat per child for their car seat life
