Our weekly cases have decreased 4% over the last week and the percent positive sits at 2.15%. Once again, we had a very small number of cases in our 0–19-year age group. Over half of our weekly cases came solely from the 20-29- and 50-59-year age groups. Zero cases were reported in our long-term care facilities during week 22.
The number of vaccinations administered to Jefferson County residents is still slowly increasing; 1,170 total doses were administered from 5/30/21- 6/4/21.
