NOTICE TO BOARD AND ALL ATTENDEES:
All visitors to Jefferson County Health Department meetings are required to pass a temperature screening prior to entry and wear a solid cloth mask fully covering the nose and mouth during the entire visit. Attendees who are unable to wear a mask for the duration of their visit will be accommodated through participation via zoom. Accommodation requests should be made to the Director prior to the day of the meeting to ensure secure online access is granted through IT protocol. In order to allow for adequate social distancing recommended by the CDC due to the COVID-19 pandemic, physical attendance in the facility will be limited to 11 people. Priority of admittance to the business meeting will be given to Jefferson County Board of Trustees, JCHD legal counsel, JCHD administrative staff, and JCHD IT staff. Any additional seats are available on a first come, first seated basis.
