Jefferson County Health Department (JCHD) operates two health centers.

Both offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  You must be registered by 5:00 p.m. for all services, including vital records. Nursing services are available Mondays through Thursdays. Please check the clinic schedule for specific service availabilities at each office. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

The Jefferson County Health Department is required to provide our clients with information about how their private information may be used or disclosed and how our clients can access this information. This can be found in our HIPPA Policy.
