Get Fit Festus is an organization devoted to the promotion of healthy and active living for all residents of Festus, Crystal City, Herculaneum and Pevely.

Get Fit Festus aims to provide resources and opportunities for physical activity, healthy eating, and health information to families and individuals throughout the “quad cities” area. Get Fit Festus is a collaborative effort between quad cities residents, the City of Festus, Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Jefferson County Health Department, and the Jefferson County Family YMCA. Some examples of Get Fit Festus events: healthy cooking demonstrations, walking groups, family walks, health fairs Get Fit Festus also maintains a website at www.getfitfestus.com, which provides a lot of useful health information, tips, and information about upcoming events in the community. You can also subscribe to the blog, and receive e-mails about upcoming events, healthy recipes, and more! Come out, get active, get fit, have fun!
